So far this month, I've photographed an Ascending From Ashes bar show, Rock Ribs and Ridges Festival featuring Charlie Daniels Band, And a Foreigner concert.  Each one presented a different atmosphere and environment, and that's what keeps me so involved with my photography.  It's a challenge to come away with a consistent style of images in completely different circumstances.  Whether it's a dimly lit pub, an outdoor show at 5 PM in the summer, or a professionally illuminated concert for a band that's been at it for 40+ years, there are always choices to be made at the shoot and in post processing.  Obviously, a professionally lit concert is going to be much easier to work with than a dark bar, but I enjoy a challenge.
